Having access to alot of fruit, whether its from my allottment, my fathers garden or friendly people, i felt the need to use this abundance. There is only so much jam you want so mixing fresh fruit with fresh pressed apple juice and fermenting it seemed the obvious move.
Although these ciders may not meet the approval of the cider purist i feel they have a place.
I do not make them sugar filled syrup based like the commercial operations, these are made with fresh fruit.
I make this cider sparkling.
